Dashboard Cameras Production Process

Gathers customer needs (e.g., features, pricing) via surveys and competitor analysis, while reviewing regulatory standards. Defines product specs aligned with demand and compliance.

Requirement-Gathering
Transforms requirements into functional prototypes.Rigorously tests prototypes via user feedback and environmental simulations (e.g., temperature, vibration). Iterates design to resolve flaws and optimize performance before mass production.
Injection
Develop the mold and take mold flow analysis simulates plastic injection to optimize filling and minimize defects. Prototype molds are validated with tooling trials, ensuring alignment with design tolerances and durability for high-volume production.
Mould
Tests assembly processes with small batches verifying quality and component compatibility. To efficiently produce large quantities of dash cams while maintaining consistent quality standards validated in the pilot run
Injection
Integrating the PCBA with casing parts, lens, buttons, etc. To physically build the complete, enclosed dash cam by combining all manufactured parts and sub-assemblies.
Assemble
Through aging test, appearance test and other test methods to screen out equipment prone to early failure, to improve the reliability of bulk products delivered to customers
